That's why as soon as your new vending machine has been delivered, your local Vending Operating Team will be with you to ensure a smooth start to our partnership. Key to that successful start will be your relationship with your Account Manager - all of our customers have a nominated Account Manager who will be responsible for your account for the duration of the contract.
Your Account Manager will be your first point of contact. They will be able to answer any queries or questions you have regarding any facet of your vending services from vending machines to pricing structures to paper cups.
Each of our regional offices has its own Vending Operating Team. It is this team that is responsible for the upkeep of your vending machines. Bunzl Vending will carefully evaluate your vending needs and ensure one of our professionally trained Vending Operators visits your site throughout the week, as often as is needed to keep your vending machines in tip-top condition.
Your vending machines will be thoroughly cleaned and then re-stocked with the branded products we have agreed. During the week our National Customer Service Centre will always be on hand to answer any queries you may have.
